Because each piece is individually curated and often requires the gathering and preparation of specific natural materials, all purchases are final.
Journey with Aradia is not responsible for damage, deterioration, or changes to any piece resulting from improper care, handling, storage, or environmental conditions after purchase. Natural materials are inherently organic and may naturally change color or appearance over time.
Every piece is created with extensive care and preservation measures. During the creation process, the foliage and insects undergo a multi-step preservation system designed to help maintain their appearance and extend their longevity for many years.
All orders include detailed care instructions specific to each piece. Following these instructions is essential to maintaining the longevity, beauty, and preservation of the natural materials.
Returns & Exchanges

Damage During Transit
If your artwork is damaged during transit, we are happy to help resolve the issue. Please contact us immediately by email and include clear images of the damaged artwork and packaging. This allows us to properly assess the damage and determine the best way to assist you.
